Good run Dave. Have you ever used McMillan's running calculator? You're tempo pace is right on for a 3:30 marathon target.

Thanks Cal. I have referenced McMillan's calculator in the past. I'll take a look again. I'm following the FIRST program to a tee. I needed a 7:29 pace today, but did a little better with some down hill grades along the way.
