Good run Dave. What happened during that 8:50? All the other miles were pretty consistent.

Probably two things happened:

1. I lost focus and was down to 8:30

2. Which led to a loss of momentum and confidence.

I need to do more core work. When my back goes, then my legs tighten up, I loose the fluidity of my gait and ......
